大鼠CXCR2（C-X-C趋化因子受体2型）是由Cxcr2基因（也曾被称为Il8rb）编码的G蛋白偶联受体。它在氨基酸序列全长359个残基，主要表达于中性粒细胞等免疫细胞表面。 在功能上，它的核心作用是介导中性粒细胞的趋化与活化，是启动炎症反应的关键分子。其参与的信号通路（如PI3K/Akt、MAPK/ERK等）在细胞迁移、增殖、血管生成及组织修复中发挥多重调节作用。因此，该受体是研究炎症、神经病理性疼痛及肿瘤等疾病的重要靶点。 |
